Refund Policy

SHIPPING, RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • From dispatch to delivery of the product/shipment, it may usually take 2-7 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer than what it usually takes.
  • Once you place the order, you will be notified with the order details, date, day and time of dispatching the order and the expected delivery of the order. We advise you to check your emails regularly.

RETURN POLICY:

  • We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
  • In the case of a damaged/broken product, kindly e-mail us with your order ID and supporting pictures within 48 hours of you receiving the product to  info@noralights.com, from where our quality team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return. 
  • The time frame of 48 hours to apply for return starts from the time the product was delivered, as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.
  • We will get back to you with your return request status within 2-3 days of receiving your e-mail request with supporting pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged product/part in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for the product/part to reach our warehouse. Once the product/part is back at our warehouse, our quality team will inspect the product/part. Once approved, we will dispatch a new set of the same product/part.
  • In the case of non-availability of the product, your refund for the same will be initiated once we receive and verify the damaged product. The refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days of us receiving and verifying the damaged product.
  • Return of the damaged product will only be accepted with the original packaging including the Tags, Barcode, Accessories,  Manual card , Warranty card, Shipping label (pasted on the packet).

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We have a strict no exchange policy.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you can modify the order for products of the same or higher value (difference in price of which has to be paid by the customer) within 24 hours provided the order has not been shipped.
